Bursaspor's new stadium project, 'Timsah (Crocodile) Arena. Rapid progress is being made in the construction of the new stadium which will seat 45,000 and be one of the countries largest and technologically advanced stadiums. Large parks, and a shopping mall are being constructed nearby the stadium aswell as part of the Bursa regeneration project.
The stadium is expected to be completed by 2012-13 league season.
